Questions

What's a builder seat, and what's a viewer?
A builder makes changes: they describe what they want, see it in the live preview and open a pull request. A viewer can open any shared preview or canvas and comment on it. You pay for builders only. Viewers are free on every plan, as many as you like.
What are credits?
Credits measure the work Spring does for you. A small change, like copy or spacing, takes a few; a whole feature takes more. Each plan comes with a monthly amount, and the plan cards show roughly what it covers.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Pro and Max you can buy a top-up at any time: $10 for 1,000 credits. On Free, you can upgrade or wait for next month's credits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from your workspace billing settings. Upgrades start right away. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Spring isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full. Read the refund policy.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and your invoices come from Paddle.
